Download iPad Video Converter, install and run it.

Click "Add Video(s)" to import the videos you want to convert. This software supports to convert video in a batch.

Select iPad compatible video format, such as Apple iPad H.264 Video, Apple iPad MPEG-4 Video or Apple iPad HD Video (720p)

Select a output file directory to store the converted video, and press "Start" to convert video to iPad.

 

After you finish converting the video to ipad, you need to sync video to iPad with iTunes.

Connect iPad to your Mac and Add file to iTunes

Connect iPad to your Mac and launch iTunes. Click "File" on iTunes menu and select "Add File to Library" to add videos to iTunes library.
